    ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW

    Buwenge Shared Hope Ministry is a Charity Organization that was founded in 2005 by a group of

    teachers in Buwenge Town council, Jinja district Uganda, catering for the needs of the orphaned and

    other vulnerable children.

    Buwenge Shared Hope Ministry serves vulnerable and orphaned children in Uganda with a holistic

    approach, focusing on five core areas: education, health, livelihood, advocacy and faith.

    It was formerly run as a registered Community Based Organisation right from 2005 up to 2019.

    In 2020, the organisation was fully incorporated as a company limited by guarantee without a share

    capital under Uganda Registration Services Bureau with REG. NO. 80020002628897

    VISION: Builds hope and future of orphans and other vulnerable children, preparing

    the youths and women to cope with the competitive life situation in Uganda

    MISSION: Nourishing orphans and other vulnerable children, youths and women for appropriate

    participation in all spheres of life in Uganda.

    Buwenge Shared Hope Ministry was able to acquire land worthy 10.5 acres where we are building this

    vision. We call it the SHOW Campus as it includes a school (Light Junior Nursery and Primary School, a

    dispensing Clinic, Chapel, water sources like boreholes and other income generating projects like fish

    ponds and animal farms.
