Are you passionate about empowering young girls? TWST4Girls is looking for dedicated volunteers to join our Youth Program Development & Planning Committee. Help us design impactful programs that nurture leadership and success in the next generation.

Role Overview

As a committee member, you’ll contribute to the planning, development, and evaluation of TWST4Girls programs. This is a great opportunity for creative, organized individuals committed to youth empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging program content and plan youth events.
• Research best practices in youth development and suggest improvements.
• Help secure resources, partnerships, and sponsorships.
• Attend monthly meetings and occasional planning sessions.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in youth programming, education, or event planning (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for empowering youth.

Time Commitment

• 5-8 hours/month, including one meeting.
• 12-month commitment preferred.
