    Youth Sports Coach for Special Needs Community

    Join Us as a Volunteer Coach or Assistant Coach! RallyCap Sports is looking for enthusiastic volunteer coaches and assistant coaches to help children and young adults with special needs experience the joy of sports.

    Why Volunteer?

    • Be a part of an inclusive, supportive community.
    • Help bring smiles and build confidence through sports.
    • Gain rewarding experience working with incredible individuals.

    We need Coaches and assistant coaches for a variety of sports sessions throughout the year. No prior coaching experience is needed. Just bring your energy, patience, and willingness to make a difference!

    What’s the Commitment?

    • Just 1 hour on Saturdays for 6 weeks. (We can work with your schedule)
    • All training, space, and equipment provided.
    • Sports Schedule:
      • Winter: Basketball and Yoga
      • Spring: Dancercise, Tennis and Softball
      • Summer: Beach Volleyball
      • Fall: Flag Football and Soccer
    • Location: Monmouth County, NJ
