    Description

    Raw Earth Foundation is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Designer to help communicate our mission through compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will design and produce a variety of materials, including graphics for campaigns, promotional content, and brand visuals, to inspire community engagement and support for our environmental initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media, email campaigns, website, print
    • materials, and advertisements.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for fundraising campaigns,
    • events, and educational initiatives.
    • Develop templates for recurring content, such as newsletters and social media posts, ensuring
    • consistency in style and branding.
    • Assist in designing graphics and visual content for digital ads, including for platforms like Facebook,
    • Instagram, and Google Ads.
    • Create visuals for video content, such as title slides, lower thirds, and end screens.
    • Support the creation of infographics and charts for reports, proposals, and presentations.
    • Work with the web development team to ensure cohesive visuals on digital platforms.
    • Stay updated on design trends and tools to deliver engaging and modern content.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
    • Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
    • Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Experience in environmental or nonprofit marketing.
    • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
    • Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements.
    • Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and web design principles.

    Commitment:

    5-10 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate deadlines. Most tasks can be done remotely,

    though occasional virtual team meetings may be required.
