Social Media Manager (Remote)

Position Overview:

Creshendo is seeking a creative and driven pro bono Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and engage global audiences in support of our storytelling project. In this role, you will report to our Social Media Content Strategist and one of our Graphic Designers to develop and execute social media campaigns that raise awareness about the critical challenges faced by migrants and refugees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Social Media Content Strategist and Graphic Designer to develop engaging social media campaigns.

- Manage and implement the social media calendar, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking engagement.

- Create compelling, mission-driven content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

- Monitor trends and analytics to optimize social media strategies and increase audience engagement.

- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.

Qualifications:

- Experience in social media management and content creation.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools.

- Creativity and attention to detail in visual and written content.

- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

- Commitment to 5 hours per week.
