We Need a Data Wizard! 🧙‍♂️

Help us keep track of the awesome people we serve.

The DMV Music Alliance is on the hunt for a Data Architecture Volunteer to help us build a smart, simple, and sustainable system to track who we’re helping—so we can help even more! You’ll design a way for us to organize and visualize our impact, making our mission clearer and our work smarter.

🖥️ What You’ll Do:

• Create a system (CRM, spreadsheet, database—you choose!) to track individuals we support.
• Collaborate with team leads to understand data needs and build user-friendly solutions.
• Ensure data is secure, organized, and easy to update.
• Make insights easy to see and share!

🕐 Requirements:

• Experience with data systems, CRM platforms, or basic database design.
• Passion for clean, useful, and accessible data.
• Must be able to attend meetings in Eastern Time (remote role, open worldwide).
• Bonus if you love music (but we’ll help you find the rhythm!).
