CLASS offers business consulting services in Marketing, Strategy, Human Resources/ Organization, Finance and IT.
We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven teams.
Position Type: Volunteering (All volunteering positions at The Class Consulting Group are unpaid).
Location : Remote
General Responsibilities:
- Assisting in developing strategic and operation plans by identifying short term and long term priorities.
- Responsible for the management and support of a web based LMS system.
- Uploads, Manages & tracks course materials, participants course completion records
- Responds to all LMS work requests and all inquiries regarding training records/reports.
- Ensure that all end users issues are resolved, including transcript issues, account request, and system functionality issues.
- Knowledgeable and able to perform installation, configuration, upgrading, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Act as the technical lead on all LMS matters. Interface with the LMS vendor on continuous basis to resolve any outstanding product issues.
Qualification and Requirements:
- MBA HR with 8+ years of experience
- Prior experience working with non-profit organizations
- Strong leadership, communication, and follow-up skills
- Familiar with Learning Management tools
- Client/stakeholder relationship management
- Positive attitude and commitment to projects
Commitment:
- Minimum 1+ year of commitment for the unpaid / pro-bono position.
- Attend Weekly Meetings: Virtual [MS Teams].
- Time: Minimum 5 hours per week [excluding meeting time].
