    Partnership Coordinator – Nonprofit Organization

    Are you skilled at building connections and fostering collaboration? Join our nonprofit organization as a Volunteer Partnership Coordinator! In this critical role, you’ll identify, develop, and manage partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and other stakeholders to support our programs and amplify our impact.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify potential partners, including businesses, community groups, schools, and other nonprofits, that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
    • Cultivate relationships with new and existing partners to foster long-term collaboration.
    • Coordinate with program leaders to identify partnership needs and opportunities for engagement.
    • Develop proposals and presentations to secure support and sponsorships from potential partners.
    • Act as a liaison between partners and the organization, ensuring clear communication and mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Collaborate with the fundraising and outreach teams to secure in-kind donations, financial contributions, and sponsorships.
    • Track partnership activities, contributions, and outcomes to assess their impact and value.
    • Represent the organization at community events, networking opportunities, and partnership meetings.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse stakeholders.
    • Experience in partnership development, sales, or nonprofit work (preferred but not required).
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in creating proposals, presentations, and reports.
    • A passion for community service and alignment with the organization’s mission.

    Time Commitment:

    Approximately 10-15 hours per month, with flexibility based on partnership meetings and events.
