    Volunteer Opportunities for Business and Civic Professionals

    Lighthouse Repertory Theatre seeks dedicated behind-the-scenes volunteers to support our nonprofit arts organization. Perfect for retirees, students, interns, and professionals who appreciate the arts but prefer contributing their talents off-stage.

    We're Looking For:

    • Advisory board members with business acumen
    • Contract and administrative support
    • Costume, hair, make-up, prop, scenic and set design assistants
    • Ticket and concession sales help
    • Stage Management and scheduling
    • Construction and theater tech enthusiasts
    • Social media and marketing specialists
    • Bookkeeping and financial management support
    • Fundraising and community outreach

    No experience? No problem! We provide training and flexible volunteer opportunities for all commitment levels. Join our advisory committee, or participate by the show or for the season with volunteer engagement on a recurring basis throughout the year and with locations in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties of Long Island, NY. Whether you want to operate the spotlight, help us grow organizationally, or support our community outreach initiatives, there's a place for you at Lighthouse Repertory Theatre Company.
