    Key responsibilities:

    Recruitment:

    • Actively seek out new volunteers through various channels like online platforms, community outreach, and networking events.

    Screening and Interviewing:

    • Conduct interviews to assess potential volunteers' skills, motivations, and availability to match them with suitable roles.

    Role Assignment:

    • Assign volunteers to appropriate tasks and projects based on their interests and expertise.

    Training and Onboarding:

    • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip volunteers with necessary knowledge and skills for their roles.

    Schedule Management:

    • Create and maintain volunteer schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all activities.

    Volunteer Engagement:

    • Foster a positive volunteer experience through regular communication, recognition, and appreciation events.

    Data Management:

    • Maintain detailed records of volunteer hours, activities, and contact information.

    Performance Monitoring:

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer programs and make adjustments as needed.

    Compliance:

    • Ensure all volunteer activities adhere to relevant regulations and organization policies.

    Required skills for a volunteer coordinator:
