- Hybrid position in Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Associates are expected to put in a minimum of 6 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
The position of Lab Secretary is to help with phone calls, help with research under instructions, lab inventory, scheduling of other lab volunteers, and other duties related to the operation of the lab. The Lab Secretary must come to the lab at least twice a week to fulfil the six hours required.
The Lab Secretary will also be responsible for the inventory of promotional materials, event displays, and all necessary materials for in-person events. Another responsibility will be to attend local events and represent STW™. Will also lead other local volunteers during in-person events.
The job is diverse. The Lab Secretary will help plan projects and contact the rest of the organization as needed.
