    General Volunteer

    Hack4Impact is a student-led 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that builds software solutions for non-profit partners to help support their missions and increase their impact. We are chaptered in 16 universities and have empowered over 2000 students and alumnis to make a difference in their local community.

    To support our chapters mission we are seeking dedicated and passionate volunteers to assist with a variety of initiatives at our non-profit organization Hack4Impact. No prior experience, qualifications, or specialized skills are required! We encourage you to apply if you are at all interested in supporting technology as a tool for social good and gaining skills in non-profit leadership!

    Responsibilities & Opportunities:

    You will work on one or more of these initiatives depending on your interest!

    • Administrative tasks regarding our digital infrastructure in Notion, Drive, Google Workspace, Slack, and GitHub
    • Communications and marketing through our LinkedIn, Instagram, Slack, and other social media platforms
    • Networking and communicating with technology companies and corporations for fundraising and sponsorships
    • Grant writing, governmental programs and sponsorships, and alumni fundraising
    • Brand design, graphic design, and creating a non-profit identity for Hack4Impact
    • Full stack web development and engineering best standards
    • Impact report and data science to measure how our organization is making a difference and how we can grow and do better
    • Working closely with students at our chapters to advocate for their growth and needs!

    Ideally you would have strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with diverse groups.
