    Partnership Manager

    EmpowHERto is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Partnerships Manager. This role will play a crucial role in expanding our corporate sponsorship portfolio and securing financial support to advance our mission of empowering young women.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Partnership Development: Identify and research potential corporate partners, foundations, and other organizations aligned with EmpowHERto's mission and values.

    Cultivation Strategy: Develop and implement strategic cultivation plans for each prospective partner, including regular communication and engagement to build meaningful relationships.

      Proposal Development: Work closely with the development team to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the interests and priorities of prospective partners.

        Negotiation and Agreement: Lead negotiations and discussions with prospective partners, working to secure mutually beneficial partnerships that align with EmpowHERto's goals and objectives.

          Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring strong and positive relationships through regular communication, updates, and stewardship activities.

            Partnership Activation: Oversee the activation of partnership agreements, ensuring that all benefits and obligations are fulfilled in a timely and effective manner.

              Impact Reporting: Collaborate with the development team to track and report on the impact of partnerships, providing regular updates and reports to partners on the outcomes of their support.

                Networking and Representation: Represent EmpowHERto at networking events, conferences, and other industry gatherings to identify potential partners and promote the organization's mission and programs.

                Qualifications:

                • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
                • Minimum of two years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related field.
                • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
                • Proven track record of securing and stewarding partnerships with corporate partners, foundations, and other organizations.
                • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective partnership strategies.
                • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
                • Passion for EmpowHERto's mission of empowering young women and advancing gender equity.
