Social Media Specialist for Women-led Grassroots Coral Reef Organization

We are looking for a passionate individual to help us launch and grow our social media presence, specifically our Instagram. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking project from the ground up. Pa´Ti Mar is a marine conservation organization dedicated to reviving local reefs in San Juan, Puerto Rico. These reefs are some of the most essential and widely used in Puerto Rico, making restoration vital for our island's future.

What makes our project truly unique is our integration of skateboarding (women in skateboarding) and surfing (women in surfing) into our conservation efforts, blending marine restoration with empowering sports activities.

About Pa'Ti Mar: We are a grassroots, women-led organization based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, embarking on an innovative coral restoration project focused on the vital reefs surrounding the metropolitan area. This pioneering project represents a pivotal step in the evolution of coral restoration. Our approach emphasizes long-term sustainability with community-driven efforts as the cornerstone of our mission. We are cultivating "super corals" capable of withstanding diseases, rising temperatures, and pollution.

We have launched an educational initiative to inform both locals and tourists about the importance of our reefs and the daily actions necessary to protect them. To ensure the long-term success of our efforts, we are also developing a comprehensive long-term financial strategy. Our groundbreaking efforts have never been attempted before and hold tremendous promise.
