    Human Resource Department: Talent and Recruitment Volunteer

    Role Overview: The Talent and Recruitment Volunteer will assist in identifying, attracting, and onboarding volunteers and staff. This role involves managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
    • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
    • Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new volunteers
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience with recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required
    • Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on the youth
