    • Provide attendees, performers, and staff with accurate information regarding schedules, event locations, and festival guidelines.
    • Act as the central point for relaying important updates between event organizers, talent coordinators, and technical teams.
    • Address inquiries, handle lost-and-found items, and assist with resolving any logistical or attendee concerns to ensure a smooth festival experience.
