    Description

Volunteer at Hilltop Community Resources where you can, "Create Connection to Build a Community Where Everyone Belongs."

For 75 years, Hilltop Community Resources, a non-profit organization in Western Colorado, has worked to build a community that helps people navigate challenges and move toward brighter futures. Our tailored programs address the unique needs of individuals and families, from behavioral health support and intimate partner violence services to assisted living for seniors and adults with brain injuries.

At Hilltop, we believe in meeting people where they are by offering support that addresses immediate needs and fosters long-term growth and belonging. Our compassionate approach is strengthened by partnerships at the state and local levels that enable us to fill gaps and respond to evolving community needs.

Beyond our programs, Hilltop is dedicated to a people-first culture that fosters an inclusive, supportive environment for our employees, volunteers, and the people we serve. Every dollar generated and raised stays local and ensures a lasting impact that will strengthen the Western Slope for generations to come.

Join our people-first movement by joining out team of volunteers. Opportunities for volunteering are many and include driving homebound seniors in the community to essential services, answering the phone for someone who is in crisis, assisting with activities for individuals with brain injuries, and providing childcare for parents participating in parenting classes, among many others.
