For 75 years, Hilltop Community Resources, a non-profit organization in Western Colorado, has worked to build a community that helps people navigate challenges and move toward brighter futures. Our tailored programs address the unique needs of individuals and families, from behavioral health support and intimate partner violence services to assisted living for seniors and adults with brain injuries.

At Hilltop, we believe in meeting people where they are by offering support that addresses immediate needs and fosters long-term growth and belonging.
