    Description

    Nova Ukraine is looking for a responsible volunteer recruiter to join the team of Nova Ukraine charitable organization who is willing to help us in finding and engaging volunteers. In this role, you will actively search for and recruit volunteers for various projects and initiatives of our charitable organization.

    Requirements:

    • experience in recruiting or volunteer work;
    • English language proficiency level not lower than B2;
    • high level of written and oral communication skills;
    • ability to plan, organize and coordinate processes;
    • high level of responsibility, independence and initiative;
    • desire to join a team aimed at achieving positive changes in society and helping those in need.

    Responsibilities:

    • posting open positions and searching for potential volunteers using a variety of channels, including specialized websites, platforms, social media, groups and communities;
    • selecting resumes and conducting initial interviews for candidates;
    • organizing further stages of interviews with hiring managers and full support of the hiring process;
    • conducting the recruiting process in the Hurma CRM system;
    • сommunication with hiring managers regarding the recruitment process;
    • receiving feedback/providing feedback after the interview
