    Description

    Administrative volunteers play an important role in assisting hospice staff with office duties, include copying, filing, faxing, putting together patient materials, and reception. Hospice is a medical service provided to patients with a life expectancy of six months or less.

    If you’re task-oriented, reliable, and like working in a friendly office environment then volunteering at ECHO Hospice’s office may be a great fit for you! As an administrative volunteer, your role is essential in maintaining the organizational flow, as you put together patient forms, file paperwork, and conduct other administrative work. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in medical administrative work.

    Qualifications:

    • Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and hard-working
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Must be able to pass background check and drug test
    • Must be able to complete minimum of 25 hours of volunteering within first 90 days
