    Description

Come be a part of this hugely rewarding experience! Refugees resettled here from refugee camps around the world arrive with few possessions and sometimes very little knowledge of the culture and way of life in the US. Mentors work with Case Managers and are connected with refugee clients for the purpose of assisting with acclimation to their new home. A friend who can show them the basics can make a huge difference in the refugee's experience. Mentors can be individuals or a small group can work together to mentor a family should some friends/colleagues want to join you! Training will be provided.
