    Description

Habitat Restoration at Cedar Mountain Preserve

Join us on Saturday, January 25th, to help us restore the natural beauty of Cedar Mountain Preserve by volunteering to remove invasive privet along the trail!

Privet is harmful to our natural spaces for several reasons. It displaces native species and produces a dense thicket, ultimately decreasing biodiversity. It spreads rapidly and grows quickly, making it difficult to manage. Your work will truly make a difference to wildlife who depend on native vegetation.
