    Description

    Lab Technician Volunteer

    The Lake Area Free Clinic is a volunteer-driven non-profit in Oconomowoc, WI that provides free health care to the uninsured of Waukesha county.

    Duties: Collect specimens, using proper techniques, as ordered by providers, to aid in the patient diagnosis and treatment.

    Qualifications: Must have phlebotomy experience. Phlebotomy certification recommended.

    Directions: One to two shifts per month. Shifts are typically 4 hours in duration. Shifts are during the day and evening hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
