Location: DC Metropolitan Area
Join the DMV Music Alliance as a Street Team & Tabling Team Member and help us connect with the community, raise awareness, and drive participation in our initiatives!
What You’ll Do:
- Organize and participate in street team activities such as event tabling, community outreach, flyer distribution, and grassroots initiatives.
- Engage with community members, answering questions and promoting our mission and programs.
- Take photos, record videos, and host live streams at the events while posting to our social media.
- Interview artists, work with artists to prepare to sell merch, and run the merch table during events.
- Represent the organization positively and enthusiastically, communicating our impact and values.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration with community organizations, businesses, and influencers.
What You Bring:
- Passion for music and a strong interest in supporting the DMV Music Alliance’s mission.
- Must live in the DMV area and have reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse individuals and groups.
- Outgoing and personable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for various events.
