    Maya’s Hope works to improve the quality of life of orphaned, impoverished, and special-needs children on a global scale. Whether providing funding for loving caregivers, vitamin-rich formula, or access to quality medical care, Maya’s Hope improves lives, one child at a time.

    Are you a proactive, community-minded individual looking to make a meaningful impact? Join our team as a Host Committee Member and play a vital role in organizing and executing our upcoming Maya's Hope Lotus Ball! As a Host Committee Member, you'll be an essential part of a dynamic group of individuals dedicated to creating unforgettable evening and supporting a worthy cause.

    The Lotus Ball will be November 20th at the Edison Ballroom in New York City.

    Responsibilities:

    Event Planning: Collaborate with fellow committee members to brainstorm event ideas, plan logistics, and execute successful events that align with our organization's mission and goals.

    Outreach and Engagement: Utilize your networking skills and social connections to promote our events within the mom's group and wider community. Encourage attendance and participation from diverse backgrounds.

    Fundraising Support: Assist in fundraising efforts by reaching out to potential sponsors, donors, and attendees. Help secure in-kind donations for events and spread awareness about our fundraising campaigns.

    Marketing and Promotion: Utilize social media platforms and local networks to help spread the word about our events, initiatives, and Maya's Hope's mission.

    Brainstorming and Feedback: Share your creative ideas and suggestions during committee meetings, contributing to the overall growth and improvement of our events and organization.

    Requirements:

    A passion for community engagement and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

    Availability to actively participate in planning meetings and contribute

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of volunteers and donors.
