    Description

    💥 AAT Competitions is an organization created by two Georgians, which hosts contests in various fields including Math, Story Writing, ... The organization has already existed for over a year. It has hosted the competitions in Georgia (country) in various regions like Tbilisi and Kakheti. It has also collaborated with other organizations for reaching a wide audience like USAID. The organization's goal now is to host competitions internationally in an online regime.

    Positions available:

    🌟 Vice-President: Supports the president in leading the organization, manages the whole team and checks in if everyone follows their duties as maximally and effectively as possible. Helps plan and oversee competitions, ensures smooth operation of events. Steps in when the president is unavailable. Extends the organization's impact.

    🌟 Recruitment Coordinator: Tries her/his best to attract and engage new members, volunteers and partners. Builds relationship with potential participants and collaborators. Coordinates outreach activities.

    🌟 Website Creator & Manager: Designs, develops, and manages the website. Ensures that the website is multifunctional and user friendly. Constantly updates the website. Improves user experience and engagement.

    🌟 Content Developer: Comes up with ideas for gradual competitions. Creates the contests' problems & attends competitions for overseeing the participants.

    🌟 Social Media Manager: Actively posts on Instagram and if POSSIBLE on TikTok, Linkedln, and other platforms as well. Tries her/his best to post as usually (and effectively) as possible (both: stories and posts). Monitors interactions, analyzes performance metrics. Manages online communities, responds to questions (both on social media and Gmail as well), hosts campaigns, manages the highlight stories.

    🌟 Graphic Designer: Creates certificates for the participants and special certificates/medals (online) for winners. Designs posters and other visual elements for reaching the audience. Works on improving the logo as well.

    Note that each position is required to engage and contribute as actively as possible.

    Please know that no listed position is compensated. In other words, you won't receive a salary for either position.
