    About Us:

    At Unbreakable Faith, Inc., we are dedicated to empowering and advocating for youth who have experienced sexual trauma, sexual abuse, or sex trafficking. Through programs, and community partnerships, we provide the support and resources necessary to help young people rebuild their confidence and find hope for the future. Our team is committed to making a lasting impact, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help keep our organization running smoothly!

    Role Overview:

    Are you highly organized, passionate about nonprofit work, and love working with numbers? As our Bookkeeper, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and transparency of Unbreakable Faith, Inc. You will manage financial records, assist with budgeting and reporting, and ensure compliance with nonprofit financial regulations. Your work will directly support our mission by keeping our financial operations accurate and efficient.

    What You’ll Do:

    Manage Financial Records – Track income and expenses, reconcile bank accounts, and maintain balance sheets.

    Budgeting & Reporting – Assist in budget preparation, financial reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

    Tax Filings & Compliance – Prepare monthly and annual filings, including nonprofit tax forms and financial statements.

    Accounts Payable & Receivable – Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and ensure timely fund disbursement.

    Grant Reporting – Track and report on restricted funds, assisting in grant compliance and reporting.

    Internal Controls – Work closely with leadership to maintain financial integrity and implement internal controls to prevent errors or fraud.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    Experience & Expertise – Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.

    Attention to Detail – Ability to work with accuracy and identify inconsistencies.

    Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software.

    Strong Communication Skills – Ability to work effectively with leadership, donors, and auditors.

    Passion for Our Mission – Commitment to supporting youth and understanding the financial nuances of nonprofit organizations.
