Volunteer Fellow (Website, Digital, and Database Support)

We are a newly launched nonprofit organization dedicated to navigating the potential disruptions AI is bringing to work, income, and economic stability. We don’t just study the future of employment and income—we shape it. Through research, convenings, public engagement, and policy innovation, we develop actionable solutions that protect workers, equip industries, and influence policymakers.

As we build momentum in our startup phase, we are seeking highly motivated, reliable, and proactive volunteers ("Fellows") to support our work across key areas, including communications, research, fundraising, and digital engagement. This is a remote position, but volunteers will have weekly meetings with the Managing Director (and sometimes the Founder) to coordinate, strategize, and provide updates. We are thinking that the time involved will be around 10-15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in website content updates, design, and improvements.
• Optimize SEO and analyze web traffic to enhance reach.
• Manage digital resources and online engagement tools.
• Support content management and web-based outreach strategies.
