Gender and Inclusion champion

Stop Child Abuse (SCA) is seeking a passionate Gender and Inclusion Champion Volunteer to enhance our efforts in the Kakuma and Kalobeyei Refugee Camps.

This vital role focuses on promoting gender equity and inclusive practices within our programs aimed at protecting vulnerable children.

As a Gender and Inclusion Champion, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that ensure all children, regardless of gender or background, have equal access to resources and opportunities. Your expertise will help us create an inclusive environment that empowers every child and supports their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current programs and practices to identify areas for improvement in gender and inclusion.
• Develop training materials and workshops to raise awareness about gender issues and promote inclusive practices among staff and volunteers.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure that our initiatives reflect the diverse needs of the community.
