    Remote Social Media Manager - Conquering Swim Equity in the U.S.

    We are seeking a passionate and organized individual to join our team as a volunteer Social Media Manager to help lead the planning and execution of a life-changing swim retreat for Black women overcoming aquaphobia.

    Responsibilities:

    • Posting and Scheduling Existing Creatives: Develop engaging and informative captions for existing creatives that aligns with our organization's goals and target audience. Knowledge of SEO and the importance of alt text are a plus.
    • Platform Management: Oversee and maintain our social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Experience with Loomly, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite are a plus.
    • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions with our online community.
    • Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
