The festival will feature powerful performances, inspiring speakers, and transformative stories from globally renowned voices.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking enthusiastic and organized Production Assistants to support the Celebrity & Influencer Engagement team. In this role, you’ll help connect with high-profile personalities to amplify the festival’s impact and bring their voices to our mission. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent engagement while contributing to a cause that changes lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and researching celebrities and influencers aligned with the festival’s mission.
• Draft (or send prepared) compelling outreach messages and assist in maintaining communication with talent representatives.
• Collaborate with the team to organize schedules for appearances, live interviews, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate logistics, including briefing materials, virtual setup support, and follow-ups.
• Track outreach progress and maintain an organized database of contacts and engagement outcomes.
• Provide administrative support to ensure seamless coordination between talent and the festival production team.

Qualifications:

• Passion for entertainment, influencer culture, and mental health advocacy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Creative thinking and the ability to draft engaging messages tailored to specific audiences.
• Enthusiasm for building relationships and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
