The Role: Director of Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships

As the Director of Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships, you will play a crucial role in expanding Solution Community’s network of corporate allies. You’ll spearhead efforts to develop and nurture relationships with corporate entities that align with our mission and vision. In this role, you’ll lead strategic partnership initiatives, cultivate sponsorship opportunities, and create innovative collaboration models that benefit our organization and our partners.

Conditions:

• Location: Remote
• Commitment: Part-time (volunteer, pro bono role)
• Contribution Requirements: Minimum 10-15 hours a week; minimum 3 months

What Will You Do?

• Develop and Execute Strategy: Formulate a corporate partnership and sponsorship strategy that aligns with Solution Community’s mission and goals.
• Cooperate with the Chief Development Officer: Work together to ensure that the direction "Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships" executes the strategy in time.
• Identify and Engage Prospects: Conduct outreach and engage with corporations and industry leaders who share a commitment to social impact, targeting partnerships that foster mutual growth.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate, maintain, and deepen relationships with existing partners while consistently exploring ways to expand our network.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling partnership proposals that demonstrate the value and impact of Solution Community’s work.
• Sponsorship Program Development: Establish a sponsorship program with clear benefits for sponsors and a structured path for involvement in our initiatives.
• Impact Reporting: Measure and report on the impact of corporate partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with our mission and growth objectives.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all partnerships align with Solution Community’s brand values, culture, and objectives, strengthening our reputation within the corporate sector.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Experience in Corporate Partnerships and Sponsorships: 5+ years of experience in corporate partnership management, sponsorship acquisition, or a related field.
• Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that achieve partnership growth and sustainability.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate Solution Community’s mission to corporate stakeholders.
• Relationship Building Pro: Demonstrated success in building and sustaining relationships with corporate leaders and partners.
• Results-Oriented: Track record of achieving and exceeding goals in a results-driven environment.
• Mission-Driven: Passionate about social impact and Solution Community’s mission, with an authentic drive to make a difference.
• Flexible and Collaborative: Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, remote team environment.
