    Director of Program Development (Remote)

    Position Overview:

    Creshendo is seeking a motivated pro bono Director of Program Development to lead the creation of educational programs that empower refugees and migrants. This role involves developing resources, organizing workshops, and coordinating initiatives that align with our mission to foster integration and self-reliance among displaced populations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Collaborate with the team to assess the educational needs of our beneficiaries.

    - Research and develop educational resources, including online courses, guides, and tools.

    - Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and community events.

    - Coordinate with partner organizations and experts to deliver high-quality programs.

    - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven improvements.

    - Ensure program content aligns with Creshendo’s mission and objectives.

    - Collect feedback from participants to refine and enhance program offerings.

    Qualifications:

    - Strong passion for education, empowerment, and program development.

    - Excellent organizational and project management skills.

    - Ability to create and adapt educational content to meet diverse needs.

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Proven track record in program development and implementation.

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

    - Commitment to 5-10 hours per week.
