Director of Video and Audio Production (Remote)

Position Overview:

Creshendo is seeking a skilled pro bono Director of Video and Audio Production to lead the creation and editing of multimedia content for our storytelling initiative. This role involves editing video interviews, enhancing audio recordings, and ensuring the production of high-quality visuals and sound for our storytelling project, which raises global awareness of the challenges faced by migrants and refugees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate video and audio editing software to produce high-quality content.

• Shoot and edit video content for interviews and promotional materials.

• Integrate video and audio content to create cohesive hybrid episodes.

• Ensure professional sound quality and visual consistency across all media.

• Collaborate with the project team to align production with storytelling goals.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video and audio editing software.

• Basic videography skills and knowledge of video equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling approach.

• Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Commitment to 5-10 hours per week.
