    Programs Associate (Mentorship)

    Position Overview:

    Techrity is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Programs Associate, specializing in Mentorship Programs. The Programs Associate will play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and management of our mentorship initiatives, ensuring the success and impact of these programs on our beneficiaries.

    Responsibilities:

    Program Development:

    • Collaborate with the Programs Manager to design, develop, and enhance mentorship programs that align with Techrity's mission and goals.
    • Research and stay informed about industry best practices in mentorship programs to continually improve our initiatives.

    Mentor and Mentee Recruitment:

    • Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process of mentors and mentees.
    • Foster a diverse and inclusive mentorship community by ensuring representation from various backgrounds and experiences.

    Program Implementation:

    • Coordinate and execute mentorship activities, including orientations, workshops, and networking events.
    • Monitor the progress of mentorship relationships and provide necessary support to mentors and mentees.

    Communication and Engagement:

    • Maintain regular communication with program participants to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of mentorship programs.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement and participation in mentorship activities.

    Data Management and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze program metrics, providing regular reports to the Programs Manager.
    • Utilize data to assess the impact of mentorship programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in program coordination or project management, preferably in a non-profit setting.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the technology sector.
