    In the 2024–25 school year, with support from the Ontario Ministry of Education and local school boards, HIEC is launching an ambitious and groundbreaking initiative: bringing career coaching services into every publicly funded secondary school setting across the province!

    As a Career Coach, you will engage in career conversations with grade 9 and 10 students across Ontario, offering insights into your industry, career journey, and workplace experiences. This initiative connects students with real-world professionals, helping them explore diverse career paths.

    What You’ll Do:

    ✅ Participate in one-on-one or small group conversations with students

    ✅ Share your career story, industry insights, and professional advice

    ✅ Answer students’ questions about education, skills, and career development

    ✅ Inspire and empower youth to explore career possibilities
