    Aiconium Education is on a mission to build capacity in educators so they can foster academic and social growth in students and prepare them to be modes of service and leaders in their communities and industries. We are seeking passionate, solution-oriented, community-minded, resilient individuals to join our Board of Directors and various specialized committees to champion this critical mission. As a board/committee member you’ll help shape the vision, strategy, and long-term success of Aiconium Education Services.

    We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving K-12 education through innovative programs and solutions. We believe that investing in educators is investing in the future. This is a remarkable opportunity to shape educational practices nationally, influencing positive outcomes for educators, students, and communities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leadership – Take an active role in leading the planning and development of initiatives
    • Advocacy – Be the voice for all individuals and all stakeholders; support awareness efforts including events and campaigns
    • Participation – Attend quarterly meetings (virtual, in-person when applicable)
    • Engagement – Alert your network via social media and other outlets
    • Fundraising – Contribute to annual fundraising and grants

    Ideal Candidates will have a strong sense of purpose and passion for our mission, a spirit of collaboration and excellence, and possess one or more of the following skills or backgrounds (experience is desired but not required).

    Board members provide strategic guidance, oversight, and fundraising support. Ideal candidates possess:

    • Extensive experience in relevant fields (e.g. education, business, philanthropy, nonprofit organization operations, etc.)
    • A proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking
    • A passion for education and commitment to building capacity in professionals
    • Strong networking and fundraising skills

    We also have openings on specialized committees focused on governance, fundraising, operations, and more. These committees offer opportunities to contribute expertise and make a direct impact on specific initiatives.
