    Description

    Join Empowered Futures as an Administrative Assistant, and become a key part of our futuristic and innovative organization dedicated to empowering emerging adults as they transition into adulthood.

    This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
    • Maintain and update organizational files, records, and databases.
    • Provide support to various projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Assist in the preparation of project reports, proposals, and presentations.
    • Handle inquiries and provide information as required.
    • Assist in the development and dissemination of communication materials, such as newsletters, brochures, and social media content.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
    • Ability to multitask
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
    • Familiarity with NGO operations and project management is a plus.
