Volunteer Program
Although we are based in Miami, Tutu & Tulle has a national network of volunteers that assists with bracelet-making in support of the arts. Our flagship volunteer program enables middle and high school dance students to enjoy a fast, fun, and rewarding way to earn service hours from the comfort of home.
How it Works
Simply fill out our volunteer agreement form (linked in LinkTree, and here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdr7539I5VKgF2ot1odj3jLpq6KrxziJEVOB8IsgXXuSAjsEw/viewform) to receive a beading kit to your home. Then, once you're done making bracelets, drop them off at an approved Miami site near you (or, if you're located in another city, request a pre-paid shipping label to send them back to us). Take pics for proof, and - ta-da - you'll receive your volunteer credit!
You'll earn 30 MINUTES of service credit for every bracelet you make (psst: that's 5 HOURS for just 10 bracelets). You can participate as a volunteer for one time only, or as often as you'd like!
Please note that, while we welcome volunteers from across the continental United States, we provide preference to individuals in our local area (due to logistical constraints).
About Tutu & Tulle
Tutu & Tulle empowers ballet dancers from low-income backgrounds by providing dance schools with the funds they need to develop and expand their scholarship programs. Through the simple act of bracelet-making, we aim to inspire a community of hope for all children seeking to pursue a quality dance education in the Miami area.
Tutu & Tulle is a proud member of the United Nations Major Group for Children and Youth and a recipient of the 2024 National Call for Kindness fellowship.
