Garden Volunteer Day at the Occidental Arts and Ecology Center

Garden Volunteer Day Wednesdays 10am-4:30pm

Walk-ins are always welcome – just show up! AND we kindly encourage you to RSVP by clicking here (for groups of 6 or more reach out to oaec@oaec.org to schedule so that we can best accommodate your group). Garden volunteers must be 16 years old to participate.

We serve a homemade garden-based vegetarian lunch for those who come to volunteer for at least 3 hours. We will take a break at 12:30 to eat. Come for part or all of the day – we are happy to have your helping hands for as long as you can participate.

What to bring: In addition to a water bottle, we suggest bringing everything you’ll need to be comfortable outside in all weather – rain gear, an extra layer, hat, sunscreen, sturdy shoes, etc. Bring your own work gloves, if you have them.
