Description
Photographers for Superhero Support Inc. include any volunteer who snaps a photo using a phone or camera to document our missions. Our Photographers must seek to:
- Capture authentic moments at events
- Maintain your/our equipment (phone or camera) readiness
- Upload all photos to designated platforms within one week of the event
- Attend at least 4 events per year
- Transport themselves to and from events
- Be supportive of our costumed frontline volunteers
- Interact appropriately with your teammates and the children/families/nonprofits that we support
- Represent SSI positively in all interactions
- Adhere to SSI/HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards

Location
The address is our HQ. We support various locations through and near Maryland. All staff meetings and trainings are virtual.
Directions
We support events throughout and near Maryland. Directions to each event are posted on our private Facebook group for volunteers.
How to Apply
To apply, go to our website and submit a Volunteer Interest Form.
We require our Volunteers to go through annual criminal background checks and pay for the first check. The fee is approximately $22. After that, we pay the fee for those who attend 4 or more events per year.
