    PIDC is Philadelphia’s public-private economic development corporation, which was founded by the City of Philadelphia and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce in 1958. PIDC attracts, manages and invests public and private resources to create jobs, revitalize neighborhoods, and drive growth to every corner of Philadelphia. Over the last 58 years, PIDC has invested financing and real estate resources into more than 6,700 transactions with a diverse range of clients, totaling approximately $14 billion in financing and more than 3,000 acres of land sales.
