Philadelphia Children's Alliance

  • About Us

The Philadelphia Children's Alliance (PCA) was founded in 1989 and promotes healing and justice for abused children in the City of Philadelphia. We serve over 3,000 children per year from a co-located facility where we are housed child protection, law enforcement, and medical and mental health services to provide forensic interviews, victim support, medical evaluations, and counseling services. We are committed to using best practices and we promote this model locally and nationally. www.philachildrensalliance.org
