About Us
The Chicago Gay Men's Chorus (CGMC) is an inclusive community-based performing arts organization with a gay aesthetic which creates musical experiences in order to delight our audiences, create community, enrich our members, and explore issues relevant to LGBT people and their allies through song. Through colorful performances that blend traditional choral music with musical theater, jazz and pop, and infused with a celebration of the LGBT viewpoint, we work to entertain, enlighten and inspire change, so that we contribute to a strengthened LGBTQ community.
