  • About Us

THE LEAGUE OF YOUNG INVENTORS is an innovative STEM program for children entering grades 1 through 5. The League’s approach is unique in that it focuses on introducing kids to the historical context for many of the mechanical advances that have shaped our world today in an open-ended, project-based environment. Using their imagination and construction skills, kids in our after school program look to the past to explore how the MECHANIZED WORLD of today came to be. Along the way, they sketch, hot-glue, cut, and engineer their way through their own inventions.
