    CHAMPS is a non-profit association of community-based and community-driven health centers in Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming (Region VIII), each providing access to high-quality primary, mental health, and oral health care to low-income, homeless, and/or migrant populations within urban, rural, and frontier areas across the region. The mission of CHAMPS is to provide opportunities for education and training, networking, and workforce development to Region VIII community health centers so we can better serve our patients and communities, and we are proud to espouse our values of:
