About Us
We're creating the next generation of powerful women in the most powerful city in the world - Washington, DC. Our mission is to increase the number, rank and leadership skills of women working for the U.S. Congress. To do that, the Women's Congressional Staff Foundation awards grants to young women who otherwise wouldn’t be able to do a Hill internship, offers hard-skills seminars to existing female Hill staffers and hosts an annual event in honor of the Women’s Congressional Staff Association doubles as a fundraiser for the Foundation.
