Who We Are: The Ethiopian Community Development Center (ECDC) is a Non-Profit 501(C)(3) Resettlement Agency authorized by the U.S. Department of State to resettle refugees from around the world. Our branch office is called the African Community Center (ACC) DC Metro and is located in Arlington, Virginia and Silver Spring, Maryland.
What We Do: ECDC ACC DC Metro provides refugees with housing, social services like SNAP and Medicaid, employment, ESL enrollment, and more. Our goal is to help our clients reach self-sufficiency and community integration.
