The State College Community Land Trust is a nonprofit organization committed to addressing
the persistent need for affordable housing by increasing home ownership opportunities in the
Borough of State College. Doing so also contributes to the character, vibrancy, and diversity of
the community. We strive to achieve permanent affordability, equal access, neighborhood
stability, and sustainable, energy-efficient housing.
