Fresh Films is on a mission to change the trajectory of underestimated youth! With major industry partners and expanding locations nationwide, we need to hire multiple team-members.

What do we do? Fresh Films creates Emmy-nominated films, TV shows, feature films and documentaries while training diverse youth and young adults in all aspects of production. Our year-round program + on-set experiences (like “Filmmakers Lab” with Reese Witherspoon) offer opportunities to gain skills, confidence and connections to become a pipeline of diverse media-makers and storytellers for rapidly growing careers. Our career pathway programs run in 24 locations across the U.S. and are supported by major foundations, community, and industry partners.
