Capital Region Vegan Network (CRVN) empowers the community to adopt and maintain a vegan lifestyle through outreach, education, support, and advocacy. We connect individuals with resources, events, and a vibrant network of like-minded people to make plant-based living accessible, inclusive, and sustainable. Through our flagship events—VEG OUT and Albany VegFest—as well as year-round, community-based programming, we inspire and support positive change for animals, the environment, and human health.

Capital Region Vegan Network (CRVN) is a grassroots, membership-based nonprofit almost entirely run by volunteers and guided by an engaged Board of Directors. We support vegans and the veg-curious on their journey by offering a diverse range of programming—from educational sessions and social events to large food and lifestyle festivals. Our goal is to build a tight-knit community that provides a comprehensive network of resources, support, and inspiration to empower individuals to embrace and sustain a plant-based lifestyle for their health, for animals, and for the environment.
